Refund eligibility depends on the type of product purchased and its usage status.
By completing a purchase on the Urocomm website or app, you agree to this Refund Policy.

2. WiFi Devices

2.1 Device Returns

WiFi devices may be eligible for a refund if:

The return request is made within 7 days of delivery

The device is unused, undamaged, and in its original packaging

All accessories are included

Return shipping costs may apply unless the return is due to a confirmed defect.

2.2 Defective or Faulty Devices

If your WiFi device is defective upon arrival or fails under normal use:

Please contact our support team with a description of the issue

We may offer a replacement or refund after inspection

3. eSIM Products

Due to the digital nature of eSIM products:

eSIMs are delivered electronically and activated via QR code.

Once an eSIM has been installed, activated, or used, it is non-refundable.

If an eSIM has not been installed or activated, a refund may be considered upon request, subject to verification.

Refunds will not be issued for:

Incompatible devices (please check compatibility before purchase)

User error or failure to follow activation instructions

Poor performance caused by local network conditions beyond our control

4. Data Plans & Top-Ups

Activated or partially used data plans are non-refundable

Unused data plans may be eligible for a refund if requested before activation

Expired data plans are not eligible for refunds

5. Processing Time

Approved refunds will be processed to the original payment method

Refund processing may take 5–10 business days, depending on your payment provider

Any applicable transaction fees may be non-refundable
