Urocomm provides global connectivity solutions, including portable WiFi devices, eSIM data plans, and related services for international users.

You must be at least 18 years old to use our Services.
By using the Services, you confirm that you have the legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement.

Urocomm offers:

Portable WiFi devices

eSIM data plans

Country-specific, regional, and global data packages

Service availability, coverage, speed, and performance may vary depending on location, network conditions, and local operators.

Some Services may require you to create an account or provide personal information. You agree to provide accurate and complete information and to keep it up to date.

All purchases made through Urocomm are subject to availability and acceptance.

WiFi devices are sold or provided for use with Urocomm data plans.

Device performance depends on network availability and coverage.

Customers are responsible for proper use, storage, and care of the device.

Warranty and return policies are subject to the specific terms provided at the time of purchase.

eSIMs are digital products delivered electronically.

Each eSIM QR code can be installed only once.

Once an eSIM has been installed or activated, it cannot be transferred or reused on another device.

Activated eSIMs are non-refundable, unless otherwise required by law.

Data plans are valid for the specified data amount and duration.

Data usage is calculated based on network records and may vary slightly from device readings.

Unused data does not roll over unless explicitly stated.

Fair use policies may apply to prevent misuse or excessive consumption.

Prices are displayed in the applicable currency and may change without prior notice.

Taxes, duties, or fees may apply depending on your location.

All payments must be completed before Services are activated.

Refund eligibility depends on the product and usage status:

Activated eSIMs: non-refundable

Unused data plans or devices: subject to our refund policy

You agree not to misuse the Services, including but not limited to:

Illegal activities

Network abuse or interference

Resale or commercial use without authorization

Urocomm reserves the right to suspend or terminate Services in cases of misuse.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Urocomm shall not be liable for:

Network interruptions or service delays

Loss of data, profits, or business opportunities

Issues caused by third-party networks or operators

Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid by you for the affected Service.

The Services are provided “as is” and “as available”, without warranties of any kind, either express or implied.

We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free service.

All content, trademarks, logos, and materials provided by Urocomm are the property of Urocomm or its licensors and may not be used without prior written permission.

Your use of the Services is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which explains how we collect and use your personal information.

We may update these Terms from time to time.
