1. Make sure the Phone/Tablet’s WLAN Wi-Fi is turned on.
2. Refresh your device's network connection list and search for the device’s SSID.
3. Make sure to input the correct password.
4. Disconnect your device from your current network and then reconnect.
If your device is lost accidentally, please contact customer service to freeze your account to avoid additional fees.
1. Make sure the device status is normal. Please not that the signal may be weaker when in airports, mountainous areas, basements, rural areas, on highways, islands and at harbors. Please restart and try again after moving to a different location.

In some countries, when you insert a SIM card, you need to manually set an APN (Access Point Name). If this is the case, please go to the website “urocomm.info” or “192.168.225.1” and enter the password “12345678.” After entering the Web UI, go to Settings, Mobile network settings and then APN, manually adding a network operator APN. Remember to save after changes have been made.

In case of product damages
The Urozetta Mobile Wi-Fi, designed and manufactured by Beijing Ulink Technology Co. Ltd. (hereinafter referred to as “Ulink”), has a valid warranty period of 12 months from the date of purchase.
This Warranty does not apply:
a) to consumable parts, such as batteries or protective coatings that are designed to diminish over time, unless failure has occurred due to a defect in materials or workmanship;
b) to cosmetic damage, including but not limited to scratches, dents and broken plastic on ports unless failure has occurred due to a defect in materials or workmanship;
c) to damage caused by use with a third-party component or product that does not meet the Ulink Product’s specifications; d) to damage caused by accident, abuse, misuse, fire, liquid contact, earthquake or other external cause;
e) to damage caused by operating the Ulink Product outside Ulink’s published guidelines;
f) to damage caused by service (including upgrades and expansions) performed by anyone who is not a representative of Ulink or the Ulink Authorized Service Provider (“AASP”);
g) to Ulink Product that has been modified to alter functionality or capability without the written permission of Ulink;
h) to defects caused by normal wear and tear or otherwise due to the normal aging of the Ulink Product;
i) if any serial number has been removed or defaced from the Ulink Product;
j) if Ulink receives information from relevant public authorities that the product has been stolen or if you are unable to deactivate passcode-enabled or other security measures designed to prevent unauthorized access to the Ulink Product, and you cannot prove in any way that you are the authorized user of the product (e.by presenting proof of purchase).
Obtaining service, calling or visiting available Ulink Authorized Service Providers depend on country in which service is requested and may be restricted to original country of sale. Call charges and international shipping charges may apply depending on location.
